Episode 33: Farrell Gets First, Revs Get Four

It took 164 MLS games, but defender Andrew Farrell finally found the back of the net in first-half stoppage time Friday, on night when almost everything went right for the New England Revolution.

The Revs extended their home unbeaten streak to four and remain unsurpassed in their last 11 at Fortress Foxborough. The 4-0 win makes it five-in-a-row for New England against Montreal. Teal Bunbury, Farrell, Diego Fagundez and Wilfried Zahibo each bagged goals as the Revs dominated an Impact team that played down a man for most of the game.

This week, Ray, Jon and Alex welcome back Jonathan Sigal, staff writer for New England Soccer Journal and MLSsoccer.com contributor, to talk about Brad Friedel beating early-season expectations and remaining confident in a somewhat unconventional line up. Then the boys welcome Walter Martinez, co-host of the 19th Minute Podcast to preview FC Dallas coming to town this weekend.
